IABC Colorado respects your privacy. We will only collect, store and use your personal information for defined purposes. We use your information to process your purchase, provide service and support, and share conference updates with you. At any time you may contact IABC Colorado with any privacy questions or concerns you may have. You also may ask at any time to see the data you have given us and request correction or deletion. We strive to ensure a high level of security and confidentiality.

We may ask for your name, e-mail address, phone number, address, business name, member number, as well as other similar personal information required to register you for the conference. The information you provide is kept confidential and used to support your conference registration status. IABC Southern Region Conference team members who have access to your personal information are required to keep the information confidential and not use it for any other purpose than to carry out the services they are performing for IABC Colorado. Information regarding you (such as name, address and phone number) or your order will not be given or sold to any outside organization for its use in marketing or solicitation.

In addition, IABC Colorado may be required to disclose personal information in connection with law enforcement, fraud prevention, regulation, and other legal action or if IABC Colorado reasonably believes it is necessary to do so to protect IABC Colorado, IABC Southern Region, IABC, its members, or the public.

The Region offers several registration discounts. We reserve the right to adjust your registration fee if you inadvertently

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be sent in writing to Becki Rupp at bswinehart@juno.com prior to Wednesday, September 3, 2008. All cancellations will be assessed a $100 processing fee per cancelled attendee. No refunds will be made after September 3, 2008.

Please note: there will be no refunds for no-shows. IABC-Colorado will process all refunds/credits after the conference.

Substitution Policy

Substitution requests must be made in writing and sent to Becki Rupp at bswinehart@juno.com by Friday, September 19, 2008. After September 19, changes must be made on-site. If substituting a non-member for a member, attendee is responsible for payment of registration fee differential. No refund/credit will be given for member substitution for non-member.
