Tracy Harlow, Director of Communications, ConocoPhillips. Ms. Harlow has managed a team of communication employees and contractors aligned with the businesses she supports. Her 15 years of experience in the telecommunications, health insurance and energy industries has helped her build a balanced communications skill set and garner more than 25 IABC and PRSA awards, including Communications Professional of the Year from IABC Tulsa in 2004. Tracy also volunteers as co-chair of the community leadership program in Bartlesville, Okla., and serves on the boards of IABC Tulsa, Ray of Hope Advocacy Center and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
