Jim Ylisela, President, Ragan Consulting. Mr. Ylisela is an experienced teacher and award-winning writer. He taught journalism in the graduate school at Northwestern University's Medill School for 13 years. An accomplished journalist, Mr. Ylisela has written for newspapers, magazines and television, and served as consulting editor at The Chicago Reporter, an investigative monthly, for 10 years.
